Martijn: I started my early career in logistical services. One of the most important transitions in my life was started by my discovery that I wasn’t so much interested in moving goods from A to B – and above all it didn’t make me very happy- but more in finding creative solutions for problems. My attention for the role that people play in this and the influence of the extent to which organizations provide space for real personal growth and how this contributes to success or failure have become an ever increasing and increasingly logical part of my thinking and work. Over the course of the last years I have worked as a manager and (independent) consultant in the field of strategy and profound change.
